I'm not so sure. Whenever I see "realize/civilize", "judgment", "queuing" or
"program" I think the writer is from the United States (unless I know
better). The appropriate Non-US English (probably the better term as the
Englishes of Australia, Ireland, Canada, New Zealand and South Africa also
conform) forms are "realise/civilise", "judgement", "queueing" and
"programme" (although there is some give on the last example).
