Hi all,
I am not aware of any answer to this, so in
case this is still pending, here is what I can
contribute:
I presume that the question does not pertain
to any particular text software but to the calling-up
of a special character directly from the active code page,
which has the advantage of functioning in ALL software
applications.
In the code pages normally used in the US (437) or
in W-Europe (850) the accented "Z" is not available.
Code page 852, mostly used in Cen and E-Europe has
Alt+141, 166, 167, 171, 189, 190.
z with an acute accent is Alt+171,
the corresponding capital is Alt+141.
