I would either say "he and I" (  / ,hi: @n 'dVI /  ) or "me and him" (  /
'mi: @n ,tim /  ), dependending on the context and/or register I was
subconciously using (for the record, my dialect would be predominently RP
with Birmingham/Western Midlands (of England) substrates).  Please excuse
any X-SAMPA errors - not a strong point of my mine!
