Hello Lowlanders!

I wonder if anyone can help me. I used to have a book about the Minority
Languages of Europe which I have since lost. I always thought that it was by
Glenville-Price, but I may be mistaken. (He has written a more recent
Dictionary of the Languages of Western Europe, but that is not what I mean.)
I think the book was published in the late sixties or early seventies; it
didn't really give information about grammar and vocabulary, but was more
concerned about the history and present state of the languages. It included
accounts of many rarely mentioned languages.

Does anyone know the volume I am thinking of? I would dearly like to obtain
a second-hand copy, but can't even trace it since I don't seem to know the
title correctly.

Many thanks in anticipation,

John Duckworth
