Yes, I've been tactfully informed by someone who (notice who) used to work
in the publishing industry as an editor that "who" and "which" are not so
widely used anymore, at least in North America.  However, I'm from the part
of the country that (which?) still uses which.  Okay, maybe it's just me ;-)
