Rinse de Vries <http://people.kde.org/rinse.html>, the coordinator of
the Dutch KDE translation group, reported about a new translation effort
<http://i18n.kde.org/teams/index.php?a=i&t=fy> they started. Inspired by
the project KDE op Platt <http://dot.kde.org/1075485586/> they
revitalised the idea of translating KDE to Frisian. Frisian is the
second official language spoken in The Netherlands by almost 350.000
people (more info <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Friesland>). The Frisian
Team welcome every bit of help on this translation effort and people who
are interested can subscribe to the mailinglist kde-i18n-fry at kde.org
<https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kde-i18n-fry>. Also www.kde.nl
<http://www.kde.nl/> hosts a webpage <http://www.kde.nl/frysk/>
dedicated to the Frisian translation effort. Interested? Please contact
Rinse de Vries <mailto:mailto:rinse at kde.nl>.

Maybe some on this list are interested

Cheers, Kenneth
