This is certainly one of the funniest contributions I have read on the
Lowlands-languages-site. I am certain that this is a mix up between the
Lowlands-festival in Noord-Holland and the Lowlands-language-website.
Nevertheless, we can try to organize a ferres-wheel in Inner Mongolia and
send it to Diemen but it might take a while until it will arrive....

Groeten
Helge

Welkom, Martina!
(http://www.lowlands.nl/) verward.
Groeten, en beste wensen met je activiteiten!

Welcome, Martina! I must confess that I, too, was a bit confused when I
received your request, but I hoped that our subscribers in the Netherlands
would understand it better, that the "ferris-wheel" was a metaphor for
something relevant, or that it is an alternative name for "windmill."
That's why I posted it, not in order to cause you embarrassment. What Helge
wrote above is probably right: you confused this list (Lowlands-L, voor
talen en cultuur -- http://www.lowlands-l.net/) with the Lowlands Festival
(http://www.lowlands.nl/).
Regards, and best wishes for your activities!
