They use it for want of something better! It is slightly more usable than
Kramer's Woordenboek (what isn't), but still anything but comprehensive.
Gripe, gripe, gripe - it's been a long day, I've had something horrid and
technical to translate about damages to the welding in kettles waste
incinerators... it's just not fair. If only the PONS dictionary had a big
Dutch version as well.
