Dear Lowlanders,

Since my last administrative message on January 23 we have been joined by
quite a few "New Lowlanders."  Welcome to all of them!  Below please find a
list of their places of residence.  While I am more than happy to welcome
each and every one, no matter where they live, I am particularly pleased to
see a growing number of subscriptions from Indonesia, Mexico and Pakistan.
A special welcome to everyone in those countrys!

Please, everyone, "new" and "old," please make sure you read and understand
the rules and guidelines (http://www.lowlands-l.net/index.php?page=rules).
If you wish to be temporarily absent, please let me know the dates, and I
will be happy to suspend mailings to you.
