Hi Roger

West-Flemish people never mix g and h in their pronounciation  ;)  !
They only do it in the spelling of the words.

Without _up_ it always stays [sœ:@t]. Also for example: "sunt" (healthy)
[sUnt], süüwer (pretty) [sy:v@] etc.

Have a look on the second variant !  This example shows how the
pronounciation of an initial consonant can be changed due to the following
structure. There is a strong tendency for the [si:Gre:en] sounding effected
by the additional [G] inside the word.

The above mentioned words _cik_, _cop_ and _Cigoyner_ don't correspond to
EFLS words (those are: tsêğ, fläecht, tóter).
