Tam, that url is the 'front door' where they shift folk to
different translations of the instructions.  The other day I got
in immediately, but it took me several tries this time.  I'm not
sure what's the carry-on.  If you're still having problems,
though, have a go at the English site directly.  That seems to
work just as well:
