I thought the online demo only converted SAMPA into IPA, and that the
registered version converts X-SAMPA into IPA.

I rather suspect that there are other IPA symbols that are not available in
the demo version, since many are missing.

But -- hey! -- I don't mind inputting the raw text as is and then go through
it and add and replace.  It still speeds things up.

It's really quite simple:

Input the text (using the guide if needed), copy the output, paste it into
your word processing program, highlight it, and assign to it a Unicode font
that has the IPA symbols.

And Bob's your uncle.

It's certainly helpful.
