I know this in the meaning of: he/she has a nasty mouth, talks a lot and
very pointedly, you can't win an argument against him/her, he/she always has
to have the last word; it denotes someone very vocal, determined and
sarcastic. Most often, it is said about contrary women. Not that I know any.
