Answers to the 'but how!!!' question so far have assumed that readers
are looking at posts using a web browser.  If, like me, you are using an
email reader, there is no one-size-fits-all answer: sending an email to
the 'help' address of the software provider is the only thing I can
suggest - or finding someone with the same software.  It may simply not
be possible (it doesn't seem to be in Turnpike .... but if anyone does
know how, please let me know!)
