I understand your language well: is it West Frisian?
(I earlier noticed that a guy from Cuxhaven used words resembling Rotterdam
dialect).
_stilkens_  is the same word as disused Dutch "stillekens", now
"stilletjes",  1. quitlly, 2. peacefuly, 3. secretly

Haai almal,

Luc, nee die woordjie BOBOTIE is van Maleise of Javaanse oorsprong
en sou uit 'boeboe' (kruie) of boemboe (met sout inlê) ontstaan het.
Baie lekker kos, nê?!
