Jan, it's Low Saxon (_Nedersaksisch_, "Low German" _Nederduits_, 
_Platduits_), specifically a dialect of the North Saxon group (which has 
most members in Northwestern Germany, also in the Northeastern Netherlands, 
e.g., Grunnegers/Gronings).
