The Cassel's dictionary is the best one I've found for the English-speaking
market that's readily available.  I found it on Amazon for $29.95 if you're
in the US.  Didn't check the international sites.

Alternatively, I have a ten-year-old copy in excellent shape that I would be
willing to part with for a small fee plus shipping costs, if you're not
successful in tracking it down.  I bought the 2 volume van Dale in the
Netherlands several years ago, so I use that one.
