Can you possibly point me/us in the direction of this research please.

who is working her way through 112 emails - as a result of a catastrophic
hard disc failure late Tuesday night. I'm still not up and running yet ,
not having understood the vital nature nowadays of making recovery discs
for WINDOWS 2000 and above. I shall be touting my old hard disc round the
recovery centres tomorrow hoping one of them will live up to their name and
be able to rescue something from it! 
Keep your fingers crossed - or whichever part of your anatomy you cross or
hold for luck (? is that permissable language , Ron?)
