Beste Lowlanders,

Ik zou graag jullie aandacht willen vestigen op een nieuw e-mail tijdschrift
in het Stellingwerfs: "An de Liende". Het eerste nummer is afgelopen
december verschenen, en in januari het eerste echte exemplaar van de 1e
jaargang. Het tijdschrift wordt gratis per mail verstuurd (pdf), maar kan
ook van de website worden gedownload. Op deze website kan men zich ook
abonneren: http://www.stellingwerfs-eigen.nl/Liende/Index.htm.

In het tijschrift staan verhaaltjes, nieuws, een agenda en gedichten in het
Stellingwerfs, allemaal geïnitieerd en gecoördineerd door taalliefhebbers.
Ik vind het een veelbelovend initiatief, alhoewel er uiteraard nog wel wat
ruimte is voor verbetering. Met name de vormgeving is erg basic.

Ik zou zeggen: probeer het eens uit!

Dear Lowlanders,

Today, I'd like to draw your attention to a new e-mail based
'newsletter/magazine' in Stellingwerven Low Saxon (Stellingwarfs). It is
called "An de Liende", and was first send out last December. It is a free
magazine with stories, news, calender, poems etc. entirely written by
(local) (amateur) writers in the Low Saxon dialect of Stellingwerf. I found
it quite nice to read, even though there is of course some room for
improvement.
Remember that it is a publication run by 'amateur' language lovers, but with
great passion. People can sign in for this monthly newsletter (pdf) at
http://www.stellingwerfs-eigen.nl/Liende/Index.htm.
