This is interesting - are there any schools in which Frisian is the medium 
of instruction, or is the language only taught as a subject, through the 
medium of Dutch?

On a related matter, how much Frisian is on public signs? When I was last in 
Fryslan, the only Frisian I saw in public was (I think) a bilingual tourist 
information board as you entered the region. Most everyday public signs 
seemed to be in Dutch only, even though I travelled fairly deep into the 
Frisian-speaking are! a. Where Frisian is put on signs, is it written the 
same size as the Dutch or smaller?
