Just as an aside...mailclient "Mozilla Thunderbird" allows encoding to
be set per folder. Which means that you could permanently get Western
encoding (e.g.) for a certain folder and Unicode for another one
(Lowlands for example). In any case, this is the way it works under
Linux; I'm pretty sure though this option is also available under
another OS.
