It is true.  I'm waiting for my advance copy in campus mail as we speak.  Officially, it will reappear in December.  The University of Washington Press site allows people to order it online already, as do Amazon _et al._

The bad news: they didn't want me to edit and reformat it, went for the cheapest way ...
