Right, Henry.  Just as I suspected.  And who knows how many Scots and Welsh sail
by under the flags .sc, .sl, .al, .cy and .cu?

al = Albania
cy = Cyprus
cu = Cuba
sc = Seychelles
sl = Sierra Leone

This give one ideas, such as .ns for Lower Saxony (which is still availabe), or
.ws (for _dat ware Sassen_ "True Saxony," which has been taken by Western Samoa,
however).
