Sorry -- me again, Lowlanders ...

Just after sending off my second "Presentations" announcement I realized
that the "first come, first serve" policy would be unfair because we are
dealing with all the world's time zone, in other words, some of you are
reading e-mail while others are sleeping (like babies, no doubt).
Furthermore, we have to allow for some people being busy away from their
computers for a bit.

So, let's make this the following:

   - Whoever applies by tomorrow midnight Greenwich Mean Time and is
   qualified (as previously explained) will be on the Poll Panel. I will
   connect all those (millions of) volunteers with each other and will then
   leave it up to them how many of them will serve and who will act as lead.
   (It isn't really my business to decide.)
