Yes, I see it. Well, what do you expect at a border crossing? :) Is it
perhaps a postman taking letters out of what is actually a large grey
post box?

though unfortunately not the illustration. I remember it from a set of
reprints that came with Punch magazine in the days when it not only
existed, but was even funny.
