Hello Ron, Re: BCC Continued Education Curriculum. Their Department of World
Languages and Travel has all kinds of interesting offerings. And yes I am
still giving a Dutch course there. As a matter of fact I started "Dutch I"

Further in the matter of coggs. May I supplement the input of a prior
correspondant? with the comment that 'cockle' is a venerable term of
mock-disparagement for small or inconsequential vessels. Consider the
terminology of those British & French commandoes who went into Nazi Europe
from submarines, landing with canoes to wreck steamers loaded with war
material. They were called "The Cockle-Shell Heroes" after the nickname of
their canoes.
