Beste Mike,

You wrote:

Yes, indeed, meaningless. MY experience -- not with Setswana, cause I have
none (except a few qwords exchanged with a friendly taxi driver in Pretoria
who shared a taste in South African Jazz!),

Try some Ethiopian Jazz! Personal fav of mine...out of this world...eerie!

No worries Ron, got a Lowlandic hook...eerie = Northern English variant of
German "Arg" that Petrus brought up two days ago...even more: Old English
"earg" must have meant "cowardly", which connects again with the major
interest that our ancestors had in courage, all kinds of "Mut" and
"ofermod"...moody folks? *s*

Kind greetings,

Luc
