Leuk filmpje. Ik vraag me trouwens af of Sinterklaas niet de gedroomde
figuur is om tegenstellingen tussen katholieken en protestanten wat te
overstijgen. Zelfs protestanten lijken er geen graten in te zien dat de man
zich soms in Spanje terug trekt *s*.



Nee serieus, ik dacht echt dat bij protestanten het feestvieren wat minder
goed in de markt zou liggen als bij katholieken. Daarom doet het mij plezier
dat ook in Amerika de goedheilig man blijkbaar op wat bijval kan
rekenen...al roept er iemand op de achtergrond "they sing Christmas songs"
*s*...maar goed, je kan niet onmiddellijk verwachten dat elke Amerikaan
perfect op de hoogte is van elk feest van elke inwoner I guess.



Maybe they should join forces with them Hispanics who are already
celebrating Papa Noel or Santaclós *s*.
