I guess for immigrant groups towns like Brussels must be a real language
challenge.



In the Brussels Chinese biweekly (32pp in tabloid format) *Capital News* I
see in the header:

*Dutch*: Uitgever, Oplage, Distributie

*French*: Rue de la Vierge Noire, Périodicité bimensuel Période couverte etc

*English*: Brussels, Advertising.
