You can't burn books anymore, it's a meaningless gesture. It only had any
importance when burning the book eliminated the information in it. I could
burn a hundred Bibles, a thousand Korans and ten thousand Mein Kampfs
tomorrow; you would still be able to read the Bible, the Koran, Mein Kampf
or Piglet Meets a Heffalump for that matter. All written information is here
to stay, irremovably.



Burning a book as a political or religious gesture is as moronic as getting
upset about people doing it. What if you download the Koran, then delete it?
is that "blasphemy"? Apart from the unnecessary air polution, book burners
should be ignored, not reacted to.
