Beste Hanneloere, Ron en alle andere Laaglanders,



Wij kennen in Oostende ook iets dergelijks. Het is in het West-Vlaams van
Oostende.



Duumeloot is in 't woater gevoln,

Lekkepoot hét ter hém uuthoald,

Lange laber héd hém nor huus te gedreegn

Korte Knape héd hém in ze bédtsje geléjd

En Klainen, Klaine Piedewiet, hé 't an ze moedertsje gezéjd.



Nota: een "laber" is een grote schelvis!



Toe tnoaste ki!  (In Frans-vlaanderen: à tnoaste ki)
