Never have that problem here Sandy as you well know ours remains watery
although things are easing off now and the Big Cleanup is under way. So many
volunteers a lot are turned away.

Also illegal anywhere in the UK. The police have made it perfectly clear
recently that when the Highway Code says you can't drive with anything loose
on the roof that might fall in the path of other drivers, that includes
snow.
