If have some doubts sign language is always well understood by those it is
addressed to (see sign.jpg) annexed.
 The sign on the bottom of the picture is almost certainly not an
internallionally recognized sign. You do not find it standardized in
international travel guides. I even think it is not federal but just
municipal.
 Anyhow the problem it covers is universal though.

Municipalities in Belgium can enforce local law and impose GAS-fines.

The picture was taken in the center of Kortenberg, a muicipality in
Vlaams-Brabant, Belgium.
