I think the challenge with the middle part (starting at 0:25) is that he
uses welding terms that not everyone is familiar with. After some
sleuthing, I figured out that he says, “I weld long arc, short arc,
heliarc, and in the dark. Fit for four welders or weld for four fitters.”

The guy is also a country singer and song writer.
