Woher de Freud,
säuk nah
denn' Grunn',
un finn em nich
an ehr dägt knakig Hänn'.

Un so mi dücht,
mank Weig' un Ollendeil
kein Juchen
ümmer wier.

Is ehr de Welt ein Hoegen,
hüt, jüst in denn' Ogenblick...

Upstunns
verluren Freud
nu wedderfunn'? -

Ehr Lachen läwt,
is nich gediegen*,      * wunderlich
man wiet weg all
von Mudder Ierd',
un swäwt nu
oewer mi.
