as "aa". So, what the good woman hears is: "Haben Sie Eile?" ("Are you
in a hurry?" instead of "Have you got eels?"). To which she answers:
"Naan, ich höbe Zaat!" ("Nein, ich habe Zeit!" - "No, I've got time!").
