fascinating!   We are tracing /trying to trace right now further
refences to a Flemish family who settled here roundabouts c 13th
century and were known by the surname as Flandrensis  or Flemings. So
certainly there were Flemings around here.</p>
<p style="font-family: arial,sans-serif;">What would the Flemish form be? "quebb"  "qwebb"  and would this still be c 13th century?</p>
