wheels, instead doing the</font></div>

stop it: engage REVERSE</font></div>

a primary language</font></div>

</a><br><br>What is the situation like in other Lowlands areas? Scots for example or<br>Frisia?<br></div><div style="font-family: arial,sans-serif;"><br></div><div style="font-family: arial,sans-serif;">In Frisia (the Dutch part) every "gemeente" has the freedom to choose its name.
</div><div style="font-family: arial,sans-serif;">Some have chosen for the Frisian name and these have their names also in Frisian on all</div><div style="font-family: arial,sans-serif;">maps and road signs. The town/village signs (on entering and leaving the community) are then in Frisian only.
</div><div style="font-family: arial,sans-serif;">The others have bilingual town signs and on maps the name is primarily in Dutch (with Frisian often between brackets after it)</div><div style="font-family: arial,sans-serif;">
