to and residing in Belgium that the embassy will be closed on Monday, July 23,
2007, in observance of the Belgian National Day (July 21). Normal operations
will resume on Tuesday, July 24th.<br>The consular section also wishes to inform
U.S. Citizens traveling to and residing in Belgium of a recent change in its
hours of operations for all US passport services and birth registration, as
follows:<br>Birth registration: by appointment only on Tuesdays and Thursdays

Thursday from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. and on Friday from 9 a.m. to 11
