<div>Thanks for your concern, but the worst-affected areas over the
past few weeks have been in northern England (e.g. Sheffield and
especially Hull). The South has got off comparatively llightly in
comparison, although perhaps you wouldnt think so from the
national media, which are all based in the south. <br>
