Subject: Travels<br><br>Dear Lowlanders,<br><br>I wrote earlier today about Arend's travel article:<br><br></span><div style="margin-left: 40px; font-family: arial,sans-serif;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 102);">Now
this is a good example of a brief text submitted in a native language.
Arend submitted it in Drenthe Low Saxon. I processed it, added graphics
to it and then translated it into English. Versions in both languages
are now available interlinked. Furthermore, I adapted the English
version for people that are not in or from the Netherlands, and I added
a "Did you know this?" vignette at the end of it. So we started with a
brief, simple chunk of text and ended up with a substantial chunk of
information, a sightseeing tip with historical background information.
