Internationale</span>, a weekly publication in French, which, under
arrangement, reprints articles from newspapers and magazines around the
world. (The date it appeared is unknown.)</font></div>  <div style="font-family: arial,sans-serif;"><font size="2">The following is a translation.</font> </div>  <div style="font-family: arial,sans-serif;"><font size="2">
The weekly <span style="font-style: italic;">Internazionale </span>notes the publishing of the first Frisian-Japanese dictionary.</font> </div>  <div style="font-family: arial,sans-serif;"><font size="2">The
only catch, notes the Italian newspaper, is that there are only two
people, including the author, who speak the Dutch dialect in Japan. In
