education boards insist on educating the Deaf through an inappropriate</span><br style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">
language and then call it a Deaf problem when their Deaf pupils grow up</span><br style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">
with a narrow experience of the world.</span><br style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">
