bosjes gevonden te hebben.  Ende soo wanneer, naer 't verloop van
eenige daegen den fiscael voornt. in d' smitswinckel quam omme naer 't
gestolen laeken huijssoekinge te doen, ende hem Veth vraegde off van 't
gemelte goet geen kundschap hadde, dat hij daerop antwoorde, daervan
niet te weten, oock dat hij confessant naederhand 't selve laeken aan
eenen Alexander Blanck van Schaffhausen, soldaet alhier bescheijden,
voor twee Rdrs. heeft verkocht, die sulx op 't becomen berigt dat 'et
gestolen goet was, aan hem Jan Veth weder te rug leverde, waerop 't
selve naemaels aan den borger Jan Coenraad Visscher wederom had
overgedaen ende dewelcke insgelijx op d' berichtinge van Lambert van
Belckhoven dat hetselve laeken hem ontstolen was, aan den confessant
gerestitueert heeft, waerop voorsz van Belckhoven, naederhant tot regte
kennisse gecomen zijnde, ende hem confessant daerover aengesproken
hebbende, 't selve aan den regten eijgenaer tegens de vergoeding van de
daervoor aan d' Hottentoos betaelde 8 dubbeltjes, wederom heeft ter
handen gestelt, seggende voorts de voorsz Hottentoos wel te kennen ende
quaelijck gedaan te hebben, dat so wanneer 't vooraangetoogen laeken
van deselve cogte, het niet te behoorlijker plaats, ofte als hun d'
fiscael daerover aansprack, aangegeven heeft.</span><br style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">
