point I should have emphesised at the outset: The need to distinguish between 
what I called 'legalese' & the technical language of Law. Might I add that 
in a language as woolly as algemeen bekaafde English that Legal Terminology (as 
obscure as it may be to the abject layman) may be fundamentally essential to 
lucidity?</div>
