At any rate, I find it rather useful at times. It lists numerous books, gives large excerpts from copyrighted ones and presents non-copyrighted (i.e. older) ones </span><i style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">in toto</i><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">, and the latter can also be saved in PDF format. I believe that all books are archived in PDF format. What is neat is that they respond to searches in which case the program tells you on which pages the searched-for expressions appear, and they are highlighted in the text inside the book. I have found entire dictionaries even.</span><br style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">
<br style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">At any rate, I stumbled across an old book on a topic that I find rarely covered, leave alone to which an entire book has been devoted:</span><br style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">

It deals with the history of international politics and trade as well as Scottish migration to areas that are now parts of Germany, Poland and Russia. There is much mention of the Hanseatic League, and Frisian and Slavonic people are mentioned as well. Of course you need to bear in mind that the book was published a good hundred years ago when knowledge and views were not as they are today. Nevertheless, the book contains a good deal of information that to most of us is of considerable interest.</span><br style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">
