This reminded me of the Family of Love, or Familists, a sect of the
Dutch in early modern England, who 'taught that nothing about the body
was unclean' (and may have given rise to reports of 'naked runners').
They practised polygamy and 'had, at least in theory, a tight
hierarchical organisation' (Davies 1964, 10-1).</span><br style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">
