<p><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial; color: navy;">My Mother, who
was raised in Twente by my Low-Saxon Grandmother, once used the term
Zwiepzwager when talking about the brother of her brothers' wife. I could not
find the word in my "van Dale" and the possibility exists that this was a
Germanism used by my Nordhorn born Grandmother. It is also possible that it
really is a part of the Twents vocabulary. It does fit with the involvement
with the expanded family which I remember from my youth.</span><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;"></span></p>
schoonzuster.</span><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;" lang="NL"></span></p>
