makes a contrary practice, but not cast in stone, of constructing vocabulary
from native Afrikaans roots, or failing that Netherlands, or at least Teutonic.
That is why we call a carbrettor a 'vergasser', which has the added advantage
of giving a clue what the Yell it actually does.</span></p>
