Mijn eerste reactie was, "Dat moet van het maleis afkomen....", maar toen dacht
ik ook aan banjer als in "banjer heer" en dat is vast wel afgeleid van
"banier", de vlag, het vaandel van een troep, soldaten, verkenners etc. Weet
